Will my order be shipped on the same day?
The answer is yes, as long as it can be picked in time for your regular shipping method. Obviously, the larger the order, the longer picking time will take. But be assured that we do everything in our power to get orders out the same day. Please help us by getting your requirements into us as early as possible in the day.
How do I set up an account with Canadian Farm Supply?
Canadian Farm Supply only sells to farm equipment dealerships, wholesalers, and or repair shops, and not to end users. But if you qualify, we will be happy to look at your application. Please call or email us and we will be in contact to determine whether an account can be established.
All of my purchase history is not shown.
Only the last time you purchased a particular part number will show, not every time you have purchased that same number. Purchase history essentially gives you a history of every number you've purchased from us, but not every time you've purchased it. Please call our office if you require that information.
My preferred shipping option is not shown on checkout.
We only show the most commonly used shipping methods. If you require a shipping method not shown in the drop down, please use the "order notes" section to tell us exactly how you would like your shipment handled.
How do I know my shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be calculated after we receive your order, because there are so many variables, we cannot calculate at the time you place your order. If you require a shipping quotation before shipment, please use the "order notes" to notify us.
My part number is not being accepted.
Check to make sure you are using CAPITAL letters. Are there dashes that should be used, or not used? If a part number is not entered EXACTLY as we have it, it will not go into the system. You can try using the search engine to search by description. If you have purchased a part before, you can use the purchase history tab in the "my account" section. If none of this works, please call or email us and we will be happy to help.
